We are happy to be a popular choice for dance companies across the U.S. and beyond for over 15 years.

We've worked with so many acclaimed and award-winning professional dance companies, as well as having the pleasure of costuming first-time dancers in their haflas and recitals. Thank you!

  • To make the ordering process easy for you and most effective for us, please note the following:

    1. Please use our new Troupe Order grid... it's great and makes it so easy to process your order and minimize mistakes. It's a Microsoft Word document: Get it Here!

    2. Please do NOT wait until the last minute to place your order!
      We're often very busy and cannot always accomodate orders needed within 4 weeks of placing the order. We sometimes need to order fabric, and there might be questions about measurements or options. Also, making everything just for you takes time, although we always work as hard and quickly as we can!
      Small troupe orders can take up to 4 weeks and larger group orders can take up to 5-6 weeks. There is a 10% rush charge for orders large troupe orders needed in 4-5 weeks, and a 20% rush charge for orders needed in 3-4 weeks. Plan ahead, please. We hate to disappoint!

    3. Large order discounts: 10% off orders over $200 and 15% off orders over $350. To get this discount, there must be one contact person for the group, all items must be shipped to the same address, and one of the following payment options must be selected:
      • All charged to one credit card or
      • All checks collected and mailed in within 1 week of placing order or
      • All charged to one Paypal account.

    4. For troupe orders, exact shipping will be charged. We suggest collecting $3-$4 per dancer for shipping to cover charges. We'll charge the shipping the day the order ships. We usually send large orders via Fed Ex or UPS Ground, which offers a tracking service.

    5. For orders over $500, we need 50% payment upon placing the order, with the balance charged when we begin work on your order.

    6. We recommend you measure carefully, using the guidelines on the Sizing page.
      Please use whole inch measurements (not 1/4 or 1/2 inches). Round up or down if you'd like your item to be larger/longer or smaller/shorter. Please consolidate your order onto the Troupe Order Grid (including the measurements and/or sizes). Thank you!

    7. We need you submit your order via email, fax, or mail, as large orders take quite awhile on the phone and are more prone to mistakes. We will cut directly from the order submitted, so please check this form for accuracy. EMAIL IS GREAT FOR TROUPES, then we can always follow up with totals, payment info, questions, etc. If you have issues with the form, or any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
